In 2016, the management of Simbio initiated a project to automate the warehouse of products based on the 4th generation of WMS systems from AXELOT, the implementation was carried out by the developer company's specialists. In 2019, the company's warehouse moved to a new, more spacious site, and therefore the question arose of replicating WMS in a new warehouse. The management of Simbio decided to contact proven partners and invited AXELOT specialists to implement this project.
AXELOT specialists have automated all key warehouse processes, set up tools for batch control and serial accounting of products, and implemented the opportunity for operational control of the condition and operation of the warehouse. Also, the WMS system through the DATAREON ESB data service bus was integrated with the customer's corporate information system based on "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management."
Thanks to automation in the new warehouse, it was possible to minimize dependence on personnel. Control of all processes is available in real time, correct serial and batch accounting of products is maintained.
