The work on upgrade of the Moscow territorial construction directory is completed

On December 25, 2020 the Croc company reported that the Moscow Department of Urban Development, the Moscow Department of Information Technology together with CROC IT company upgraded the Moscow Territorial Construction Directory (MTCD). The updated MTSK will become for suppliers channel of customer acquisition, and for a building complex — the source of information on materials and products in the market and the project documentation implemented during budget and investment construction in Moscow since 2014. The updated directory became a part of the Information and analytical system of management of town-planning activity (IAS of UGD). With IAS of UGD of Moscow was responsible for development and integration of new MTSK to CROC.

In the directory updated Moscow territorially construction general contractors, customers and designers can quickly find and compare the solutions of different producers recommended for construction. Today MTSK includes information on more than 3.3 thousand units of construction products, technical and project solutions, normative and technical and methodical documents and also data on 1490 enterprises, the organizations and the construction services rendered by them types.

Former MTSK reminded a bulletin board more, and now it is the modern portal which is ready to help with work to producers, to suppliers, general contractors and other representatives of the construction industry — it became simpler to Users to be guided in information of the directory thanks to the intuitive interface where access to the most popular functions always near at hand. Behind all this there is a lot of work, including on integration from IAS of UGD thanks to which it was succeeded to optimize a set of processes. — Yulia Kulikova, the director of State Budgetary Institution Mosstroyinform reported

Advantages of MTSK will be estimated by all its users. For example, producers of construction materials which thanks to electronic services will be able to increase sales. Earlier they had to submit information on products for placement to MTSK on paper, and now it can be done in electronic form in a personal account of the user on the portal. To add information to the directory the producer or the supplier need to become authorized in a system and to fill out the corresponding request. Transfer of interactions with producers and suppliers in an electronic form also allowed to provide relevance and accuracy of the information because introduction and updating of data is made in the online mode.

Access for builders and designers to the directory from one thousand sample solutions which the city can reuse for construction of social objects became one of the MSTK important functions. It allows to reduce considerably design costs and construction of such standard objects as schools, hospitals, kindergartens. Now it is possible to find projects of building and all associated documentation and also the materials used at construction of these objects in MTSK, — Sergey Lyovkin, the Head of Department of urban policy of Moscow told

General contractors can also find in the directory contract organizations and the list of the services provided by them, products and its analogs, including import-substituting and the innovation. At the same time in the directory the team of producers and their products with an opportunity to keep track of the number of viewings goods is configured.

The possibility of loading, storage and providing information models of construction materials and constructions is provided in MTSK. Designers will get access to BIM models of nodes, projects. They will be able to analyze quality of constructive and technical solutions, construction materials and the equipment which are recommended at design and construction of facilities of the city order within Targeted investment program and also to use them at design and construction of facilities using technologies of information modeling.

Upgrade of the portal was carried out within the project for development of automation of work of all Complex of urban policy and construction with import substitution software. When developing MTSK software PostgreSQL DBMS also Django was used domestic and open, in particular CMS.

The command of CROC met the deadline and achieved the goals among which there were indicators of processing speed of search queries and fault tolerance of systems. The IT project team worked on flexible methodology of development.
