According to the company, the Digital Housing and Communal Services platform is a set of smart services for authorities, industry entities and consumers - residents of apartment buildings. Using it, you can get up-to-date information about the state of the industry in a certain subject of the country in different analytical sections.

The platform does not replace profile information systems and does not create them, which allows it to integrate into the existing IT infrastructure. It aggregates in one place all the information by subject. The database is collected from open official sources.

Thanks to the Digital Housing and Communal Services platform, you can monitor the progress of major repair programs online. Services are available that allow you to:

  • Monitor the plan/actual execution of work in the context of each municipality, monitor the delays in the performance of work with the possibility of detailing to a specific object, generate a report on the progress of implementation of the short-term plan.
  • Monitor the implementation of overhaul projects in the context of contractors: a history of work is available, tracking the progress of ongoing work, information on the legal entity and its experience, as well as a rating of overhaul contractors.
  • Compare the specific cost of overhaul work with analogue houses: identify anomalies and inaccuracies in the data, automatically select analogues of houses according to the necessary parameters.
