Since 2018, the company "Digital Design" has been supporting the work of the platform of combined communications CommuniGate Pro in the State Unitary Enterprise "Petersburg Metro," including in terms of increasing the number of connected users and improving the convenience of working in the system. The decision to migrate to this Russian-made system was made due to the need to replace the outdated solution, as a result of the migration, Petersburg Metropolitan implemented a functional unit of unified communications on a domestic technological base.

As of December 2020, the postal system of the State Unitary Enterprise Petersburg Metro was implemented on the basis of 5 virtual servers ones under the control.
