The lack of the automation system of warehouse logistics which created a number of restrictions for further development of the company pushed the management of PJSC Nizhnekamskshina to need of implementation of the WMS system. The implemented solution had to have not only modern functionality and high performance of work, but also consider specifics of warehousing of buses, tires and materials, necessary for production.

For implementation selected WMS developed by AXELOT, and representatives of developer company were engaged in project implementation. The choice of the contractor was not accidental – specialists of AXELOT have wide experience of automation of warehouses, including warehouses of buses. A few years ago AXELOT implemented and replicated WMS in warehouses of TD "KAMA" and also automated for them a new tire and logistic complex.

The warehouse Nizhnekamskshina in which implementation of WMS was performed is located in Nizhnekamsk. It is a warehouse by production, total area – 22,000 sq.m., is stored in a warehouse raw materials, materials and finished goods, rack and floor storage is used.

In addition to automation of all basic warehouse processes, an important project task was decrease in influence of a human factor – leaving from examination of employees at selection of goods and introduction of control of development of employees. Also it was required to increase the accuracy of processing of goods and to reduce time for ensuring production requirement.

Within the WMS system project it was integrated with a corporate information system of "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management" by means of the service data bus DATAREON ESB. 15 mobile jobs are automated.

The dependence on personnel thanks to automation managed to be reduced considerably. The error probability is reduced, the speed of selection of goods according to requests is increased, and the resort of goods because of employees managed to be reduced to zero.

There was an opportunity to trace a remaining balance of goods in real time, including transparent management of a remaining balance of "A high-rise warehouse" is implemented. The operational lot-based accounting of products when moving between a warehouse and production is carried out.

The management of PJSC Nizhnekamskshina noted that implementation of WMS allowed to reduce time necessary for processing of goods at acceptance, for 30%. And the processing speed of requests of production on supply of raw materials and materials from a warehouse increased twice.
