Biography

In 1985 he graduated from the Military Engineering Red Banner Institute named after A.F. Mozhaisky (since 2002 - the Military Space Academy named after A.F. Mozhaisky), qualified - military engineer-mathematician, specialty "Mathematical support of automated control systems."

In 1991 he graduated from Moscow State University named after M.V. Lomonosov, qualified - mathematician, specialty "Applied Mathematics."

In 1993, he graduated from the Institute for Retraining and Advanced Training of Personnel in Financial and Banking Specialties of the Financial Academy under the Government of the Russian Federation (since 2010 - Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation), and was awarded the qualification of economist in banking and insurance.

1980: Service in the RF Armed Forces

From 05.08.1980 to 03.08.1992 he served military in the Armed Forces. RUSSIAN FEDERATION By order of Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation 19.07.1992 No. 0478 he was transferred to the reserve.
