2020: Registration of payment system JSC Rosselkhozbank

At the end of December, 2020 the Central Bank of the Russian Federation registered a payment system of Rosselkhozbank. The relevant information is entered in the register of operators of payment systems which conducts the regulator.

The Bank of Russia 12/29/2020 made the decision on registration of Russian Agricultural Bank joint-stock company as the operator of a payment system "JSC Rosselkhozbank — it is told on the regulator website.

According to materials of the Central Bank, Rosselkhozbank is also settlement center, payment clearing center and the operational center of the payment system.

As notes the Банки.ру portal, the Central Bank of the Russian Federation added a new payment system to the register more than two years ago: in July of the 2018th the corresponding product of Gazprombank was registered.

According to the message on the website of Rosselkhozbank, the payment system JSC Rosselkhozbank represents set of the organizations interacting for the purpose of implementation of money transfers. Within a system money between bank accounts of participants - the operators on money transfer who joined rules and signed the agreement on the correspondent account with JSC Rosselkhozbank is transferred.

The payment system JSC Rosselkhozbank functions in compliance the Federal law of 6/27/2011 No. 161-FZ "On the National Payment System".

Registration of JSC Rosselkhozbank by the Bank of Russia as the operator of a payment system is a consecutive step on expansion of business with credit institutions — reported in the press service of credit institution.

By the end of December, 2020 Rosselkhozbank as noted there, actively develops the Bank for Banks program providing for credit institutions expansion of a range of services in the field of transaction business and transactions in financial markets, improvement of a settlement system by optimal routing of money transfers, implementation of modern IT solutions and information support.^[1]
