2020: Integration with EcoStruxure Security Expert

On December 22, 2020, RecFaces (RekFacis) announced that the Russian biometric face identification software product for reliable access control to the Id-Gate facility is now integrated with Schneider Electric's EcoStruxure Security Expert security management system. The partnership between the two companies opens up sales opportunities and additional privileges for potential users.

Now companies and enterprises using the EcoStruxure Security Expert system or planning to purchase it will have the opportunity to implement facial biometrics to control access to the site without additional integration costs. The Id-Gate solution from the Russian developer of facial biometrics, RecFaces, will allow additional verification and control of the MCDS. Thanks to the opened API, Id-Gate is available in conjunction with the EcoStruxure Security Expert system already in the base version and does not require additional modifications.

Thanks to the fully functional integration, Id-Gate is a high-quality addition to the Schneider Electric access control system and expands its functionality, for example, using biometrics, you can now flexibly configure lists of people with the ability to be categorized: "VIP clients," "Black List," "Visitors" and others "- Sergey Novikov, technical director of RecFaces, shared the details of the integration. You can also generate different types of reports, such as a report on the facts of the arrival and exit of employees, a report on violators, a report on configured lists. This allows you to estimate the number of visitors on site over a certain period of time who are not employees of the enterprise.

The integration of the two systems was prompted by growing requests from customers, and certainly the integration issue was closed in a short time.
