Master-Trade (Yarus WMS system)

Before an implementation project of the YARUS WMS system on RTs of the company logistic audit by the staff of YARUS was booked that allowed to design and calculate the RTs necessary parameters qualitatively.

Specifics of this project is that the Contractor performed the majority of works far off (Skype, Zoom), in connection with a difficult epidemiological situation in the territory of the Russian Federation. The Contractor performed departures only on 2 stages of Trial operation.

During the course of performance the project It should be noted the following features:

• the area of a warehouse is 30,000 sq.m.;
• number of the active nomenclature of 6,000 SKU;
• the number of orders — more than 5,000 orders a day;
• the number of RTSD — 80 pieces;
• use of Multipiking technology and the Summary order in connection with a large number (more than 5,000) undersized customer orders in day;
• the wave principle of assembly of orders on the planned runs TMS;
• total accounting on batches and expiration dates of Inventories.

For December, 2020 RTs is in the mode of commercial operation.

A transfer in the mode of Commercial operation was made in 2 stages:

• automation of all entering flows of Inventories on RTs, September, 2020;
• automation of all outgoing flows of Inventories about RTs, December, 2020.

This technique effectively proved to be during the work on large objects with a large number of human and material resources.
