2020: Provision of Digital Mortgage Service
The Asia-Pacific Bank provided its customers and partners with a single digital mortgage service. The implementation of this service is a partnership project of the bank and the Digital Mortgage platform. Automated mortgage service operates in all regions, around the clock and without weekends. This was announced on January 15, 2021 by Digital Sales.
Now, customers and mortgage partners of the bank can remotely apply for a mortgage loan with all the necessary documents through the personal account of the borrower and partner, respectively. The minimum decision time is 15 minutes. The digital mortgage service is intended for both customers interested in mortgages and mortgage partners of the bank. This allows the bank, regardless of the sales channel and the region, on the one hand, to provide a convenient and technological service, on the other hand, to ensure an expeditious decision on lending.
In the two weeks since the launch of the personal office, ATB received more than 500 applications for mortgages from various regions of the country.

The Asia-Pacific Bank, in partnership with the Digital Mortgage platform, plans to continue improving the service of the personal account of the borrower and partner, expanding its functionality and sequentially connecting user capabilities - transaction support services, insurance, real estate valuation and electronic registration of property rights. It is also planned to develop the possibilities of integrating offices with the CRM system and other corporate IT systems of the bank.
