On September 4, 2018 Digital Mortgage companies and Practician Uspekh were announced project completion on integration of digital services in the field of the real estate: platforms for builders on management of the mortgage products "Digital Mortgage" and platforms for interaction with Rosreestr of SmartDeal respectively. Reduction of submission due dates and consideration of mortgage requests in banks and registration of the transaction in Rosreestr became a project deliverable four times. Integration will allow banks and builders to accelerate the conclusion of transactions on a mortgage for 30% and to increase their quantity, and to clients — to save time, to transfer all document flow to online quicker to receive flat keys.
As explained in the companies, integration of software platforms of SmartDeal and "A digital mortgage" allows to integrate stages of application for a mortgage and its considerations by bank and registration of the transaction in Rosreestr. The uniform questionnaire from "A digital mortgage" offers to the client the most advantageous conditions of crediting on the basis of its parameters, at the same time it can be filled far off in five minutes. For September the platform is supported by 28 banks.
After approval of the request by bank the builder using the SmartDeal platform sends the registration application of DDU or DKP and necessary documents to Rosreestr. Preparation of this document package also takes the builder no more than five minutes thanks to integration of SmartDeal with CRM systems and relevant reference books of residential complexes and the system of prefilling and enrichment of data. The instant payment mechanism of the state fee which is built in SmartDeal allows to bring in short terms a packet of electronic documents to the registrar in Rosreestr. After completion of registration of DDU or DKP in Rosreestr the SmartDeal platform automatically sends the received documents on registration to the system of bank or to the predeterminated email address on behalf of the builder. On each process step the staff of builder and participants of the transaction receive email - and the SMS notification on service course of execution. The notification on completion of registration in Rosreestr becomes the basis for disclosure of the letter of credit and money transfer to the builder, told companies "Digital Mortgage" and Practician Uspekh.
