Softline helped Evraz to automate business processes on work with claims

2020: Automation of work with claims

On January 18, 2021 the Softline company announced completion of development and deployment of a system of accounting of claims in EVRAZ company. Within the project were configured a self-service portal for fixing of claims and a system for their further processing in the course of carrying out claims activities. The solution will allow to reduce the risks of loss of information connected with a human factor, to lower number of damage cases and to increase quality of the rendered services. Setup of the system implemented on the Creatio platform, specialists of Softline carried out taking into account specifics and feature of the mining and metallurgical company.

The command of Softline coped with assigned tasks. For a design and support of addresses specialists of Softline implemented and adapted the Creatio system taking into account all requirements of EVRAZ company.

Now clients of EVRAZ will be able to conduct work with claims on a convenient self-service portal with a possibility of operational receiving and tracking of current status of claims at all stages of their processing. The implemented mechanisms simplify work of the user on the portal, autocompleting necessary information when processing acts of shortcomings, and integration of a system with SAP significantly facilitates work with product ranges and details of partners. It is especially important to note that the automated business processes allow claims activities specialists to control completion dates of warranty obligations, and to their heads - to make timely and effective management decisions on the basis of complete and reliable information. Thus, the functionality implemented by us conforms to all main requirements of EVRAZ company to this service, - Kalaydov Mark, the head "Terrasoft" in Softline company tells.

EVRAZ is aimed at permanent quality improvement of the service provided to our clients. Therefore we needed to create conditions for the competent analysis of origins of claims quickly to hold events for their elimination. Experts of Softline developed mechanisms on work with claims under our requirements, having expanded functionality of the Service Creatio platform. We expect that the service for accounting of claim addresses will help to reduce risks of loss of information and to avoid inefficient use of resources. Automation of this process minimizes the risks connected with a human factor and will promote formation of the database on claims activities. Using the implemented system, we will increase quality and processing speed of claims and the performed works. Also according to the results of the project it would be desirable to note flexibility of a command of Softline which showed loyalty to our internal standards of project management (Agile). We are going to be improved, implement further other services and to provide the best quality of service in the market, - Dmitry Kleymenov, the chief manager of the block on development of functions of supply of EVRAZ designated the expectations from service.
