2021: Plans of creation of the multiservice digital platform for home wireless networks
JSC NPO Tsifrovye Televizionnye Sistemy (as a part of the innovation cluster "Technopolice GS", Mr. Gusev Kaliningrad region) won tender Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation on receiving state a subsidy for development and the organization of serial production of the subscriber equipment of the multiservice digital platform for home wireless networks. On January 19, 2021 the company reported about it GS Group.
The project provides development and the organization of serial production of the devices integrating functionality of the home media server, controller of the smart house and the network router in several modifications. These devices will have expanded characteristics and to support all widespread standards of content delivery (on mobile devices, television receivers based on the main platforms, SmartTV), to provide support of mesh-networks, program integration into solutions of the smart house and so forth. The request of JSC NPO TsTS became the best of 16, passed scientific and technical assessment of a tender committee.
It is planned that the project will be implemented till 6/30/2025. Under the terms of tender, the first device should be put in serial production in 2021. Products will be provided in the countries of EurAsEC and foreign countries.
