Biography

Ivan Sokolov was born on April 8, 1986 in Rostov-on-Don. In 2008 graduated from the Rostov state construction university majoring in "Information systems and technologies".

Career

Worked in the innovation and technology center of the Southern Russian institute of management - RANEPA branch where was engaged in implementation in projects in the field of the public and municipal administration and also creation and coordination of activity of MFC.

From 2015 to 2019 worked in GKU RO "The authorized multifunction center of providing the public and municipal services", including at a position of the associate director.

Work in Sberbank

From 2019 to 2021 Ivan Sokolov is the head of the "State Products and Services" division in Sberbank. In particular, he was engaged in integration of services of social support of the population into the state superservices.

From 2019 to February, 2020 the director of a division of products and services of Sberbank for the state Dmitry Oguryaev who since August 1, 2020 works as the deputy minister of digital development of the Russian Federation was the Sokolov's chief. He supervises methodology of creation of superservices and informatization of federal agencies of the social block (Ministry of Labor, RPF, the Social Insurance Fund, etc.).

Pension Fund of the Russian Federation

As TAdviser knew, since January 18, 2021 Ivan Sokolov was appointed the head of the department of providing public services and digital development of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation.

In 2017-2019 this department was headed by Evgeny Turchak (since October 1, 2020 it is in the pre-trial detention center waiting for court on the case of corruption in RPF). After Turchak the permanent chief at department was not, only an acting.

The IT budget of the Pension fund in 2020 made about 13.5 billion rubles, about 14 billion are planned for 2021. Department of digital development - not only, responsible for distribution of this budget. In structure of RPF there is also a department on information security support, department of computing infrastructure and communication systems, department of information technologies. All these divisions as of January, 2021 are supervised by the vice chairman of the board of fund Vadim Akkuzin.
