2020: Supply of equipment for television video surveillance in mines

The holding Roselektronika"" State Corporation Rostec delivered equipment for television video surveillances in the mines for "" and ShahtaStroy announced this on January 20, 2021. The system allows continuous monitoring of technological processes at high-risk facilities.

The special explosion-proof complex UTPV-2-3Ex for the development and production of Rastre NIIPT (part of Roselectronics) consists of a television camera located in the explosive zone of mines and mines, and a connection unit that is installed in the ground part of objects outside the explosive zone. The design of the chamber housing, as well as the design of electrical circuits, guarantee the safe use of equipment in areas where explosive mixtures of air with mine gas and combustible dust can constantly be present in the atmosphere.

The highly sensitive color camera is equipped with a variable lens with a manual change in focal length and diaphragm. To protect against dust, a blowing of the viewing glass is provided, and the chamber body withstands strong shocks. The video signal and power supply between the camera and the connection unit are transmitted via two pairs of telephone cable up to 1500 m long.

A mine is a high-risk facility, and any equipment intended for use underground must meet the most stringent criteria. Our equipment has special characteristics in terms of explosion protection, which allows us to monitor the technological processes in the mine around the clock not only in normal, but also in emergency mode - it ensures the safe operation of the equipment and transmits operational information in case of accidents, "Roselectronik said.
