In different years it consisted in top management of Warner Music Russia, entered into the management of Russian radio (Russian Media Group), Autoradio (at that time ProfMedia).

Took the most active part in projects "Autoradio. A disco of the 80th" and Gold Record player for many years.

Prepared and held hundreds of musical events with participation of the Russian actors as in our country, and abroad.

Mikhail Ilyichev, the heading Sberzvuk since September, 2020, strengthens the creative direction in a company performance. Audioservice had a position of the general producer which was held by Sergey Baldin who is earlier leading the similar direction in Russian Media Group.

Besides, in Sberzvuk the separate position of the director of interaction with the creative industries and talents appeared. It was occupied by the ex-development director of Black Star group Alexander Gagiyev.

According to Mikhail Ilyichev, emergence of these positions is connected with logical expansion of activities of the company after its purchase by Sber.

After in the fall of 2020 Sound from an independent startup turned into strategically important element of the industry LifeStyle of an ecosystem Sber, the purposes of the company became ambitsiozny. We create multiplatform audioservice which is intended to accompany the person throughout the day in any place and behind any occupation, seamlessly overflowing after it from the device on the device. We are going to collect the most demanded and various audialny content in Sberzvuka. For this purpose we need to build up the strong and trusted relationship with owners, actors, authors, podcasters and other talents. For interaction with them we create the special platform in collaboration with Sber's ecosystem where services for business development of producers of content and owners and also tools for support and promotion of their creativity will be provided. Start of this platform and involvement of users on it — authors, actors, podcasters, owners, etc. — will just be Sergey and Alexander's main objective in the nearest future — the CEO Sberzvuka Mikhail Ilyichev noted.

Sergey Baldin is responsible for collaborations with owners, actors and other talents and also for development of an ideological and art component of the company: perception of service in industrial communities, the embodiment of the Sberzvuka brand in offline and in online to the environment – actions, stocks and other public projects. For many years I worked with the most different actors in Russia and well I understand, the help to young contractors, and often and to the famous actors, in creation of content and its further promotion is how necessary.
