2021: Development of a robotic system on laying of the cut cheese

The resident of the special economic zone "Technopolice "Moscow" - Bitrobotics company - developed a hi-tech robotic system on laying of the cut cheese for dairy production in St. Petersburg "Neva Milk". The solution will provide stable quality of the released product and will increase production efficiency, Technopolice reported about it on January 25, 2021 according to the Head of Department of investment and industrial policy of the city of Moscow Alexander Prokhorov.

Digital solutions which are proposed by the Moscow companies are applied in different industries. They help to reduce costs, to increase performance of lines, to reduce defects percent. So, the resident of the SEZ "Technopolice "Moscow" - Bitrobotics company for January, 2021 implements the project for Neva Milk Group on robotic laying of the cut cheese. Besides, solutions of the company are presented in our Bank of technologies - it is the specialized platform where the developments allowing the enterprises to pick up in a short time necessary technology for implementation and to correct its parameters under the tasks and a profile of activity are collected. In total there about 40 solutions are submitted already, – the head of department told.

The feature of development consists in its unified production elements. So, machine 3D vision scans and defines existence of cheese in the place of a fence of a product, and the delta robot makes capture, transfer and laying of cheese on the pipeline. Thanks to the high accuracy of the movement and kinematics, use of the delta robot allows to receive high performance at accomplishment of high-speed operations on capture and movement of a product.

The compact sizes of the delta robot are integrated into a production line. Process happens "behind glass" that excludes direct contact with a product and preserves line section in purity. Start in operation is planned in February, 2021, - the CEO of the SEZ "told Technopolice "Moscow" Gennady Degtev.

The developer company works in the SEZ "Technopolice "Moscow" since 2019, and its solutions are implemented on large enterprises of the Moscow industry. This project will expand geography of presence of the producer.

The pandemic considerably accelerated development of industrial robotization. Many enterprises are in search of the most relevant solutions to save the positions in the market and to increase production efficiency. If before the company did not see need for automation of technology processes, then now this question becomes sharp. By 2025 the majority of transactions on productions will be executed by robots, - the company executive of Bitrobotics Svyatoslav Stesin noted.

For January, 2021 the enterprise prepares for opening of the production site in Pechatniki which is planned for spring of 2021.
