Bitrobotiks LLC (before BIT Robotics) specializes in development and equipment manufacturing for automation of technology processes and also in perspective researches in the different fields of robotics.

Developments of the company in the field of robotics (for July, 2019):

• The first in Russia Delta robot.
• The robotic solution (on the basis of own the delta of the robot and technical sight) for production of cheesecakes on JSC KBQ Cheremushki.
• The complex of solutions (on the basis of own the delta of the robot and technical sight) is developed for automation of bakery and confectionery productions on different sections.^[1]

History

2020: Beginning of construction of the plant on release of high-speed industrial robots

Construction of the plant on release of high-speed industrial robots and the robotic systems for process automation of production, laying and packaging of convenience goods there began a resident of the Technopolice Moscow special economic zone Bitrobotics company. Technopolice reported about it on September 9, 2020.

Developments of the company which appeared in 2018 are implemented at some Moscow enterprises of the food industry. For example, at capital plant "Cheryomushki" a robotic system makes about 3600 rich products per hour.

In Pechatniki the enterprise will occupy about two thousand square meters. Complete the construction of the plant and open production of high-speed industrial robots with a full stroke of machining, assembly and tests it is planned by December, 2020. Annual capacity of the enterprise – about hundred robotic systems which can be developed under different types of tasks on productions of food, household chemicals, cosmetics and technical products, – the Head of Department of investment and industrial policy Alexander Prokhorov specified.

According to the company, this first similar production in Eastern Europe, the total amount of investments into its implementation – 180 million rubles.

The competitiveness of Bitrobotics consists in own production of all mechanisms of automated systems and technology of their implementation. It allows the company not to depend on import solutions and also increases its export potential. For example, the enterprise in the future is going to master the markets of Southeast Asia and Europe, – the CEO of the Technopolice Moscow SEZ Gennady Dyogtev told.

Use of the robotic systems increases cost efficiency of the enterprises, the CEO of Bitrobotics Svyatoslav Stesin considers.

Automation of the industrial systems is relevant for the enterprises with a high performance and a wide product range which can be made on one line. Their implementation guarantees stable quality of products, effective production planning, promotes the general performance improvement of work. In the future our company is going to open training centers and to invest in education of service staff of clients", – Svyatoslav Stesin told.

2019: The plan for start of production of the robotic systems for FMCG in the SEZ of Moscow

The Bitrobotics company announced on July 12, 2019 obtaining status of the resident of the special economic zone "Technopolice "Moscow".

In the territory of the capital Bitrobotics special economic zone is going to organize production of the robotic systems for automation of the industry of FMCG (fast moving consumer goods — "convenience goods"). Proposed solutions intend for production, laying and packaging of goods.

Thanks to implementation in the SEZ "Technopolice "Moscow" of the project on equipment manufacturing for automation of technology processes, the Moscow industry will receive the next push for development. In the city the new enterprise not just will appear — there will be a new partner for the companies working the capital region, the investor, the employer, the taxpayer. For production start the company is going to invest in the project about 150 million rubles till 2024. The project assumes the organization of 75 jobs with the average salary higher than 80 thousand rubles — the Head of Department of investment and industrial policy of Moscow Alexander Prokhorov reported.

Project implementation in the territory of the SEZ "Technopolice "Moscow" will give to the company the chance to considerably reduce the volume of the capital investments on design and construction of industrial complex at the expense of high degree of readiness of premises and engineering infrastructure. The project implementations received for the period tax benefits will allow to direct a maximum of resources to advanced developments and development of sales. Ambitions of the company are directed to gaining positions in the market of industrial automation to the Russian Federation and also on fast entry into foreign markets — the CEO of Bitrobotics company Svyatoslav Stesin said.
