2021: Implementation of "1C:ERP"

On January 25, 2021 it became known that specialists of WiseAdvice company completed system implementation of 1C:ERP in Binergiya company.

As it was explained, a system helped to organize operational management of all production phases, including obligatory marking of medicines. Sending notifications to the state information system of monitoring of the movement of medicines (MDLP FSIS) on all production processes and storages of medicines – sampling, work with packaging, destruction is automated, acceptance and so forth Besides, order placement on production twice accelerated. Operating control behind a remaining balance of medicines and raw materials in a warehouse is adjusted. Product cost is reduced, the profit of the enterprise increased by 5%.

By production of drugs it is necessary to control quickly quality of raw materials and ready medicines at all stages of a fabrication cycle, since incoming inspection of raw materials, and before quality control of finished goods at release. In addition, it is important to control quality and expiration dates of raw materials, the materials and ready medicines which are stored in warehouses. It is required to plan quickly production work, it is rational to manage loading of production lines, to timely buy necessary raw materials.

Earlier at the enterprise only regulated accounting was automated. Data on production, sales, a warehouse and purchases entered in separate spreadsheets and duplicated on paper. Activity of departments was not synchronized. It was necessary to enter data into the system of regulated accounting to accountants sometimes hands. Such data could disperse. The department of supply could not obtain quickly information on the current stocks and was guided in work by data of previous periods, because of it the need for raw materials and materials was not always calculated truly. It was rather difficult to estimate production loading. There were difficulties with approval: in case of absence of the head in a workplace process of approval and signing of documents was stopped. Control of expiration dates and certificates took away a lot of time from employees of a warehouse. Heads could not obtain quickly managerial data for the analysis therefore not always relied in the solutions on up-to-date information.

Besides, in connection with the updated requirements of the legislation, the enterprise had a task – at the time of carrying out any transactions with medicines to send notifications to an information system of monitoring of the movement of medicines (MDLP FSIS).

The information system which would allow to integrate work of all divisions became necessary for the company, to organize timely purchases of raw materials, to adjust control of reserves of medicines in a warehouse taking into account expiration dates, to improve production work planning, to exclude idle times of production because of the shortage of materials. It was required to provide exact cost accounting of products, to strengthen control of receivables, to accelerate processing and accomplishment of orders. Also a system had to be integrated with MDLP FSIS.

For the solution of assigned tasks a system "was selected by 1C:ERP. Enterprise management 2" and "1C: Library of integration with MDLP". The WiseAdvice company became the partner in implementation.

This system was unrolled in 60 workplaces, in it company executives, managers of sales department and purchasing department and also employees of production and a warehouse work.

Project Results:

  • Integration of 1C:ERP with MDLP FSIS using "1C: Libraries of integration with MDLP" allowed to request and receive directly in working base individual codes of marking on packagings of medicines. Employees of production should not enter twice documents into the different systems that excludes an error probability. Connection of the scanner allowed to read out codes on packagings and to automatically create the accompanying documents that excludes their loss "in" the company.
  • It is necessary to send notifications on all processes of the movement of medicines to a FSIS of MDLP – by production, movement, implementation, destruction and so forth. For work with all notifications the convenient workplace where all notifications which are in work are displayed is used. Thanks to it employees in real time trace what notifications should be issued what to fulfill, having filled out necessary data, and on what notifications the answer from MDLP FSIS is expected. Admissions in notifications, so and penalties are excluded.
  • Sales managers in real time obtain complete and reliable information about a stock availability. Operating control behind expiration dates of medicines is adjusted. Medicines with critical indicators are quickly introduced into circulation, with them actions are developed, as a result inventory quantities managed to be reduced.
  • Processing of the received orders accelerated more than twice. The staff of sales department, a warehouse and production work in one system now. It gives the chance to sales managers quickly to reserve suitable goods in a warehouse or to make out orders "one click".
  • The general agreement base and partners with uniform financial reference books is created. Well-defined rules of access for employees to information are set. Collaboration in change of agreements is simplified, their formation and approval is standardized. Time of approval of agreements and preparation of analytical reports under agreements was considerably reduced.
  • Data on activity of all divisions it is consolidated in one system now. For reporting and receiving necessary analytics it is not necessary to verify data on phone now and to use spreadsheets. As a result obtaining the management reporting accelerated not less, than for 40%, and preparation of the regulated reporting – more than twice.
  • Control of payment due dates under agreements and the analysis of structure of receivables by different criteria is automated. The mechanism of "stop-lists" helps management to make operational decisions for protection of financial interests of the company. In results the value of receivables is reduced by 10%.

We started an implementation project of the 1C: ERP Enterprise Management 2 system with completions regarding integration with MDL FSIS, first of all, to provide accomplishment of obligations for providing information in a monitoring system of the movement of medicines in the terms established by the law. Certainly, we achieved the goal, on at the same time system allowed to achieve also such goals which directly at the beginning of the project were not put by us - it is reduction of receivables, optimization of the internal processes concerning managerial and financial accounting. By estimates of employees the efficiency of their work increased many times.
