2020: Implementation of service of video surveillance of the enterprise in the village of Chernigovka

Rostelecom announced on January 26, 2021 providing Agrotek group to the enterprises in the Far East the industry integration solution which will help to cope with relevant tasks of agrobusiness.

The industry solution of Rostelecom for the agro-industrial enterprises is created by the principle of the designer and includes basic services of digitalization of the enterprise and product solutions of the agroindustry. In particular, it includes services of the organization of digital infrastructure of the enterprise, service of intellectual video surveillance and telemetric sight, a biometric control system of access control, an end-to-end system of management of agrobusiness. A necessary set of services is defined by the customer, proceeding from current demands and tasks of business.

Implementation of service of video surveillance for control of production processes and secure access on the territory, and for the enterprise in the seaside village of Chernigovka — an end-to-end system of management of agrobusiness for the organization and control of field works became the priority direction of the first stage of digitalization of business for the Agrotek enterprises located on Kamchatka and in Primorye. All services are provided on the basis of the digital infrastructure of Agrotek holding which is earlier created by Rostelecom company.

At the enterprises of holding on Kamchatka and in Primorye for January, 2021 more than 300 surveillance cameras are connected: specialists of Rostelecom made installation and setup mainly at night not to interrupt production process.

Most of all cameras are connected at the enterprise on the 19th kilometer of Elizovsky district — 190. On Ekoferma Sokoch pig farm production is under control of 35 video cameras, on pig factory farm "Lesnoy" — 36. Safety of the territory of Chernihiv Agroholding in Primorsky Krai is ensured using 46 cameras.

Video cameras work with wide angle of the overview round the clock. Videos are stored on the protected cloud platform of Rostelecom. It is possible to control business in the online mode from any place in the world where there is an Internet. The archive of videos is also available to clients. The service Video surveillance is complemented with basic functions of video analytics: to the customer the notification when in the protected perimeter the movement or intersection of the set line is recorded without delay comes, the image is blocked, broadcasting breaks.

The end-to-end system of management of agrobusiness implemented by Rostelecom in Primorye provides collecting and data processing and also gives a complete picture of production. She will organize accounting of a harvest, is capable to predict losses and by that to provide growth of productivity in the set territory.

Users of a system obtain information in a schedule type, tables and charts that allows to keep account of transactions and to control field works in real time. Thus, the end-to-end system manages production processes at all stages and controls efficiency of processing of fields. This tool already proved during harvesting in 2020 on fields of agroholding. All capacity of service is going to be approved from the beginning of sowing works as spring of 2021.

At the second stage implementation at the livestock enterprises of Agrotek holding of a system of telemetric sight in pig-breeding is planned. A system will allow to implement individual monitoring of health and an additional weight of animals, due to reduction of contact points of animals with the person to increase biosecurity at the enterprise, to predict the volume of products and to organize optimal selection of animals for shipment. According to the results of implementation it is going to increase financial performance of production due to increase in development and reduction of a cycle of production.
