Release of a monitoring system of body temperature using thermal imagers

On April 23, 2020 the Rostelecom company presented the complete solution for high-precision remote temperature monitoring of a body passing by people using thermal imagers for the organizations which specifics do not allow to transfer employees to remote work. Such solution allows without contact, automatically to take body temperature to 80 people per second at the same time that can minimize risks of spread of a viral infection in the territory of the large organizations.

Data on body temperature entering on the enterprise are output to the separate monitor of protection. When fixing the person with the increased temperature the light and sound notification joins. The security guard suggests to pass repeatedly point of the thermal imager and, in case of confirmation, sends the worker under observation of medical personnel.

According to the statement of Rostelecom, the solution provides the high accuracy of measurement, a component to 0.3 Celsius degrees, fast screening, long distance at which measurements, a wide scope, a possibility of the choice of a zone of control, record of archive in visible and infrared ranges, flexible configuration of a temperature threshold are taken. Besides, it is possible to connect function of face recognition and to integrate it with a control system of access to the enterprises that on the territory there could pass only workers with a normal temperature.

The feature of the presented solution consists in completely automatic high-precision calibration of thermal imagers using absolutely black body constructed on own video analytics. It, according to the developer, significantly reduces the period of idle time of a complex when it is necessary to wait technical support for repeated calibration (the majority of the solutions existing in the market should be calibrated quite often). At the same time remote condition monitoring of all connected thermal imagers for timely elimination of possible faults is carried out.

The thermovision solution of Rostelecom gives the chance to write all cases of detection of persons with the increased temperature in a cloud and provides access to these records from a uniform personal account. Such approach allows to analyze on a centralized basis statistics of operations and, if necessary, to estimate work of operators of thermal imagers, noted in Rostelecom.

Start of the ready boxed OTT-solution "Video surveillance"

The Rostelecom company provided on October 30, 2017 service Video surveillance which is intended to help to control remotely the events at clients of the house from any place in the world. The service represents the turnkey convenient solution simple in use: the subscriber can set and configure the camera independently, special preparation for this purpose is not necessary.

In general Video surveillance from Rostelecom is the ready boxed OTT-solution (Over the Top is a method of provision of services through the Internet), which includes the digital HD video camera with infrared illumination at night and wide angle of the overview, built in by the microphone and the motion sensor.

The service also includes the intelligent system of remote control and management offering:

• the intuitive web interface and free mobile application using which behind the apartment, giving or any other object it is possible to observe in the online mode from any place in the world where there is an Internet;
• personal account of the subscriber to which it is possible to add several cameras from Rostelecom, mounted in different premises or even the cities;
• cloud platform of processing of video — an opportunity to store in archive of a video for the period from 7 to 30 days;
• automatic recording from the camera at operation of the motion sensor or overlapping of the overview of the camera (with the automatic notification in mobile application);
• forced record from the camera on command from mobile application or the web interface.

The service Video surveillance can work for networks of any Internet service provider, including Wi-Fi (at data transfer rate from 512 Kbps).

Till December 31, 2017 the stock "Video for 300 Rubles" works — the acting and new subscribers of any service of Rostelecom (House Internet, Interactive TV or the home phone number) can receive the camera by installments and use seven-day storage life of records of everything for 300 rubles a month (with the duration of the agreement not less than 24 months). Start of service of remote video surveillance and storage of videos in a cloud Videokomfort

The Rostelecom company in the spring of 2017 offered the enterprises of small and medium business of Primorsky Krai service of remote video surveillance and storage of videos in "cloud" — Videokomfort. A system allows to control a situation on an object from any place in the world where there is an Internet.

Videokomfort is included installation and setup of IP cameras, connection of the web interface and mobile application for an account of the client into service. A system allows to perform shooting in the dark, shooting with a sound (when choosing by the client of cameras with microphones) and also to individually configure scenarios of video analytics, i.e. cameras can fix only certain actions, for example, the movement, shout, intersection of the line.

The service is controlled with the help of a personal account. Records from surveillance cameras are available to the user in real time from any device: smartphone, tablet, computer. In case of an emergency situation he receives the notification on the phone or the computer at once.

The service works at access rate in the Internet not less than 512 Kbps counting on one camera. In use technical support the client receives services 24 hours a day seven days a week.
