Availability to bottled water producers

On November 29, 2021, the ALP Group Corporate Information Systems Department expanded its portfolio of solutions for Russian enterprises to fulfill the requirements of the Law of the Russian Federation No. 487-FZ on mandatory labeling. Now, a comprehensive IT solution will be available to domestic bottled water producers, which includes specialized equipment from leading manufacturers (DKIS partners), labeling technology and tools for end-to-end monitoring, accounting and control throughout the chain - from the manufacturer to the point of sale.

The demand for this solution by domestic suppliers is not accidental: it allows you to significantly reduce the share of counterfeit products in the market, and, at the same time, can become a kind of guarantee of the quality of products entering supermarkets and retail chains not only from large enterprises, but also from reliable medium-sized companies.

It is especially important that the system technologies that formed the basis of this solution have already been debugged and tested by ALP in a number of pilot projects.

This ALP DKIS solution allows you to build a system for tracking all movement processes - from applying the corresponding codes to the package, to collecting, analyzing and processing data entering the IE at each stage, including from the final point of sale. The capabilities of this technology ensure that the packaging is marked without the need to rebuild the production line.

It is important that the specialized marking solutions of ALP include a mechanism for two-way data exchange with the system operator, which accelerates the process of obtaining codes, makes reporting operational and transparent, as well as accelerates all processes of interaction with product suppliers, logistics and transport companies, as well as directly with implementation sites.

The basis for the creation of this specialized DKIS ALP decision was the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of 31.05.2021 N 841 "On the approval of the Rules for marking packed water with identification tools and the features of the introduction of the state information system for monitoring the turnover of goods subject to mandatory marking with identification tools in relation to packed water." In this context, the specialized ALP DKIS technology is not only a means of implementing the relevant regulation, but, in combination with other developments and products of the company, will contribute to improving the efficiency of the enterprise as a whole.

Availability for Russian farmers and dairy suppliers

The Department of Corporate Information Systems [[ALP Group (CT-ALP, ALP-IS)|ALP Group] on November 22, 2021 made available to Russian agricultural producers and dairy suppliers a modular solution for mandatory labeling of goods and compliance with the relevant requirements of the Law of the Russian Federation No. 487-FZ.

The integrated ALP DKIS solution allows not only to solve the problem of generating and applying a code to the products of a particular enterprise, but also to flexibly integrate the relevant technologies into the relevant business processes and create the prerequisites for their further development. An additional advantage of the ALP DKIS offer is the possibility of its quick integration with the IT enterprise management system.

As a result, the business has the opportunity to build an automated chain of obtaining codes and applying them to goods (including in group packaging), collect and analyze the data necessary to track all movement processes, and automatically receive specified information sections in the corresponding visualization modules. Moreover, the specialized components of the ALP DKIS solution allow enterprises to maintain two-way information exchange with controlling structures.

DKIS ALP recalled that they invariably rely on the best domestic technologies (including the 1C platform), and also have a large pool of partners - suppliers of all the necessary equipment for applying and reading DataMatrix codes. At the same time, the integration of specific devices - both on the production line and in the back office - is carried out by ALP, taking into account the peculiarities of the industrial fleet and business processes of each customer, and system maintenance is carried out throughout Russia.

Additional intellectual support for the comprehensive ALP DKIS solution for agricultural producers is the TECont and analysis of business processes and change management. In addition, when implementing projects, ALP provides its customers with a set of author software modules for effective management of the enterprise, analysis of its activities and control over current processes and their changes.

Now domestic agricultural producers of various scales can deploy a professional well-established verified labeling system at their enterprise as soon as possible - in accordance with state requirements.

Announcement of the complex for implementation of specialized solutions on goods labeling

ALP Group Corporate Information Systems Department (ALP-IS LLC) is a Russian developer of IT solutions for managing large commercial and state organizations, based on 1C software products - January 26, 2021 announced that which combines its author's technologies and methods for managing the development and implementation of projects for the implementation of specialized solutions for mandatory labeling (in accordance with the requirement of the Law of the Russian Federation No. 487-FZ ).

The complex includes the change management system and the Lean Production model, as well as Process Mining modules and the technology for rapid deployment of IT systems on the customer's site.

First of all, this complex will be used in DKIS ALP projects for manufacturers of consumer goods, distributors and retailers. As you know, not only medicines, but also shoe and tobacco products, perfumery, car covers, etc. fall under the regulatory documents on mandatory labeling. Accordingly, all participants in the chain of providing these products to retail customers - from the manufacturer to the store - need to carry out a number of measures to obtain codes, apply them to a particular product and packaging, accurately read this information, display it in internal accounting systems and transfer it to the regulatory authorities in a timely manner, and at each stage of the movement of goods.

As the company emphasized, all DKIS ALP solutions undergo complex multilevel testing in the framework of the ALP Laboratory created several years ago]], where, with close cooperation between developers and implementers, a comprehensive study of the functionality of specific solutions is carried out in conditions close to real customer sites. In fact, such a mechanism for creating software modules allows the company to guarantee its customers the proper quality of the delivered solutions, their seamless integration into existing ERPs, as well as their long-term support and development.
