2020: Scaling of the park of the client equipment

X-Com 29 company of January, 2021 announced project implementation of scaling of the park of the client equipment of Institute of astronomy of the Russian Academy of Sciences. Within the project based on computers of production functional infrastructure of jobs for development of research activity of organization X-Com создана.

Due to the expansion of the staff of research associates the customer needed to equip new jobs with computers and a copy printing equipment. Specialists X-Com analyzed requirements imposed by the software applied in research activity to the client systems and also structure of document flow of Institute and monthly volumes of color and black-and-white print. Also detailed recommendations concerning structure of the equipment were formulated and its detailed specifications are developed.

The company offered the customer computers and self-produced workstations complete with monitors Lenovo of high resolution. This approach allowed to create the solution, the most precisely corresponding to his requirements and also to minimize the project budget due to lack of an overpayment for excess functionality. For processing of paper documentation are included in structure of jobs MFP HP DesignJet T830. Integration of the equipment into an information system of Institute, its setup and balancing and commissioning is executed.

All equipment is affected by a three-year guarantee. Within the service contract the company provides the qualified service and technical support of the solution. The project was preceded by an open tender in which the Russian suppliers of computer and peripheral equipment participated. By consideration of bids, along with the price offer, experience of candidates for implementations of similar projects for research establishments was estimated. The company X-Com which offered sales terms of the project and service maintenance of IT solution, optimal for the customer, was recognized the winner.
