Ikano Bank selected Neoflex MSA Platform for creation of a credit and card product

2021: Implementation of the Neoflex MSA Platform platform

The Neoflex company announced on February 2, 2021 implementation in Ikano Bank of the platform of microservice application development Neoflex MSA Platform. Based on the platform the bank jointly with the partners created and in short terms brought the credit and card product supporting the loyalty program of clients of shopping centers MEGA and shops of IKEA to the market.

Experts of Neoflex designed and implemented the integration solution which connected the frontal and accounting systems of bank and provided interaction with the systems of shopping centers MEGA and shops of IKEA. The integration solution is constructed in microservice architecture on the basis of a software platform of Neoflex MSA Platform. It is intended for creation of the end-to-end automated development process and operation of the microservice, containerized applications.

Within the integration project in 4 months more than 100 services are implemented and the following business processes are automated: an institution of the new bank client, check for making decision on issue of the Ikano Banka card to it, creation and activation of the client agreement in the core banking system.

Together with it integration of a profile of shopping centers MEGA with the bank account for activation of the general loyalty program is performed, integration with the RBS system for viewing information on the card is carried out. Also based on the Neoflex MSA Platform platform mobile application of bank was implemented.

Implementation of the integration solution allowed not only to provide providing products and services of bank in one system, but also to increase the speed and customer service quality at the expense of business process optimization. In partnership with a command of Neoflex in a short space of time we managed to configure an integration layer of data transmission and to provide the most operational interaction with external services, – Alexander Tumaykin, the Director of the department of information technologies of Ikano Bank commented.

Neoflex MSA Platform even more often becomes demanded among our customers.
