2021: Start of service of the automated order taking from telecom operators
Rostelecom announced on February 3, 2021 start of free service of the automated order taking from telecom operators for maintenance and abnormal works.
Positive experience of the pilot project started at the end of 2020 allowed the company to expand possibilities of service all over the country.
Instant messages about any incident which took place on an object of the customer and requiring work, provided by the agreement come to an automated system of Rostelecom. The acquired information undergoes verification and registration and arrives to mobile team of specialists which quickly debugs. All process is transparent for the customer: in real time he receives notifications on a problem and can monitor changes of the statuses on the performed works. Besides, access to personal account of the operator where all statistics on incidents gathers on objects is provided to the customer. Thus, paper document flow and a human factor which delay troubleshooting are completely excluded from process. It allows to reduce several times time of elimination of the accidents arising in networks of customers.
Service of process automation of rendering services to telecom operators is developed within the project of Rostelecom on creation of the infrastructure operator for the operator: the company undertakes design, construction, upgrade, maintenance and emergency recovery operations on networks of telecom operators and guarantees about high quality of works. The project started in 2017; as of the end of 2020 Rostelecom services about 167 thousand km of fiber lines of communication and more than 72 thousand base stations of telecom operators.
The special program interface which allows to connect quickly operators with the minimum costs of both parties is developed for data exchange according to requests between the systems of telecom operators and the systems of Rostelecom.
The automated service of acceptance and working off of requests simplifies our interaction with Rostelecom. Thanks to competently configured process our requests get by the duty shift which is responsible for work with partner operators of the company at once.
