Biography

Roland Bush was born in Erlangene, Germany.

In 1994 joined a command of Siemens AG concern. Was the head of department of strategy of Siemens and the board member with responsibility for such business directions as the railway systems and security of buildings and also for the markets of Asia and the Middle East.

Took positions of the executive technical director and during short time – the director of questions of work, the operating officer and the vice president of Siemens.

2021: President and chairman of the board of Siemens AG

Since February, 2021 held a post of the president and chairman of the board of Siemens AG, having replaced Joe Kezer who worked in Siemens more than 40 years, 7 of them – as the president and the chairman of the board. The event became completion of transfer of affairs to the next generation of the management of Siemens. Read more here.

The successor Kezera Roland Bush is known for the profound technical knowledge, entrepreneurial progress and focus for team work. For the career Bush gained experience of the international work on different key positions.

The updated command of the management headed by Bush includes Ralf P. Thomas (the executive commercial director), Judith Wise (the director of personnel management), Cedric Nike (management "Digital production") and Matthias Rebellius (management "Intellectual infrastructure").
