2021: Implementation of GIS "Maps of Agency Sites"
Rosgosstrakh introduced an analytical geosystem with a smart card interface to help insurance agents. The development increases the efficiency of the work of agents and reflects the current picture of the insurance of objects on the scale of an individual settlement and the country as a whole. Neural networks process the accumulated data of the insurance company, geoinformation and up to 100 additional layers of data. The solution is provided by the Russian analytical company Marketing Logic, which announced this on February 3, 2021.
The geosystem of Rosgosstrakh "Map of Agency Plots" based on the Atlas GIS shows in the area of responsibility each agent of the house and plots divided by status: insured in Rosgosstrakh, insured in other companies and not yet insured objects. The system includes areas assigned to agents, and visualization allows you to clearly display the load on each agent and its effectiveness. This approach with a high level of detail made it possible to draw up a single list of houses and land plots for insurance throughout the country and a specific settlement. The platform displays the status, term, risk types and preliminary cost of insurance, as well as detailed information about the object. The system creates lists for "field" departures of agents with information about the house and plot, which allows you to optimize the number of trips, save time for employees and reduce financial costs. For new agents, the platform becomes a convenient tool for adaptation and professional development.
The "map of agency sites" displays actual and analytical information in an interactive format with various layers of data, makes it possible to group, compare, allocate and combine data depending on the goals and tasks in the report forms adopted in the company.
Atlas intelligent system integrated in Rosgosstrakh internal interaction systems and provides secure synchronization with contract and user data. The platform provides a high level of security for data that is are stored unified to base and protected against unauthorized changes. From the point of view of management, the platform allows you to increase the efficiency of employees, as it aggregates and provides all the necessary information in a convenient format, allowing you to evaluate the scope and quality of agents' actions and, if necessary, adjust their work.
