In principle, at the moment the small companies working in the field of IT consulting are represented by very interesting objects for investment of capital by large institutional investors. In it is at the moment quite difficult to speak about possible negative effects of this investment. Certainly, any investments mean a certain share of risk. From our point of view, probable difficulties can lie on the party of demand for similar services. However, in our opinion, in the closest years of any serious negative changes in customer needs on developments of the IT-consulting companies should not occur. There is an opinion that in recent years dynamics of the market is negative. However we do not agree with this position and we consider that no threats from demand for the industry are available. The only thing that should be noted, is the shift of needs of consumers to the sphere of more integrated non-standard solutions. With respect thereto the companies of the sector face difficulties in a project implementation adherence to deadlines and also problems of deficit of highly qualified personnel. As for positions of the foreign companies in the domestic market of IT consulting, their share makes about 25-30%. Thus, the Russian developments are provided much more widely".
