2021: Acceleration of work with the NPA

The government of the Kurgan region accelerates work with the NPA thanks to Directum RX. Announced this Directum on February 10, 2021.

In 6 months specialists of Starkov Group transferred process of management of regulatory legal acts to a digital form: from creation and approval before signing and acquaintance.

The government of the Kurgan region — the collegiate supreme body of executive power which for February, 2021 includes 11 departments, 9 managements and also committee and inspectorate.

Having estimated convenience of work with documents at Directum RX, the management of the government made the decision to optimize and transfer creation and consideration of projects of regulatory legal acts to an electronic form.

By the end of September, 2020 the staff of Starkov Group company completed the project of digitalization of work with the regulatory legal acts (RLA).

Thanks to Directum RX:

• preparation and approval new the NPA both in governor apparatus, and in executive authorities accelerated;
• it became more convenient to create updates the existing the NPA, new acts contact earlier existing documents and it is simpler to trace the change history;
• now it is simpler to organize an absentee voting for a meeting of the Government, a system allows to prepare and approve the protocol in several clicks;
• the initiator at any time can learn a current status of the document, and thanks to the recustomized routes with tough terms of approval the performing discipline increases;

• after signing and the approval by the governor the document is registered in a system, is sent for familiarization and the publication.

For remote access to documents and tasks the web client is used.

The government of the Kurgan region is going to develop functionality of the solution and to apply stamps to visualization of the electronic signature, to configure a reminder on approach of terms of approval of documents, to enhance flexibility of processes.

2019: Directum RX implementation

For acceleration and increase in transparency of interaction of divisions in 2019 department implemented the Directum RX system. As the contractor on the project the Starkov Group company acted.
