Biography

Alexey Kudryashov was born on November 18, 1983 in the city of Ivanteevka.

In 2005 he graduated from Moscow State University of Instrument Engineering and Computer Science with a degree in Applied Mathematics. In 2017, he took advanced training courses at the Bauman Moscow State Technical University for IT Infrastructure Management and Information Security.

In October 2009, he joined the Moscow Credit Bank (MKB) as Head of Retail RBS. The direction developed rapidly, in 2014 it was reorganized into the department of web-oriented and distributed systems, the tasks of which included the development of web and mobile applications of the bank, as well as MKB-Factoring, deposits of legal entities, reporting for the Federal Tax Service, software for claim work.

In June 2017, Alexey Kudryashov took the post of director of the IT development department, which is responsible for automating the activities of the bank and partially a group of companies (NPO Inkakhran, NPF Soglasie), the number of the department is more than 250 people.

Since September 2019, Alexey Kudryashov has taken the position of CTO in one of the leading Russian Ed-tech companies Skyeng. In connection with the transformation of the company, the task was to make a number of changes in IT in a short time. An IT strategy was formed with the cascading of business goals. The key projects of the company were transferred to a new model of work as part of the restructuring. The company's back office was automated: implementation of electronic document management from scratch and consolidated reporting. Information security services and technical writers are also organized.

Since September 2021, he has been working as IT Director at Expobank, the key areas of activity are the development and automation of the retail business.
