In 2011 he graduated from the Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation with a degree in National Economy.

2009: Ministry of Economic Development

From December 2009 to July 2014, he worked in the Department of Investment Policy and Development of Private-State Partnership of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation. He was engaged in the development of measures for the development of entrepreneurship and improving the investment climate in the Russian Federation.

2014: Moscow Department of Competition Policy

Since August 6, 2014 - Head of the Department for Preparation and Conduct of Land and Property Tenders of the Moscow Department of Competition Policy.

2015: Deputy Head of the Moscow City Department for Competition Policy
