Atos the Application for armoring of jobs

2021: Announcement of the application

On February 15, 2021 the Atos company, the specialist in the field of digital transformation, announced entry into the market of the solution for armoring of jobs – applications which will give an opportunity to employees to armor jobs at office, using the chat-bot.

The Atos application will allow the companies not only to conduct monitoring of the made reservation, but also will provide relevant statistics on them. Administrators will be able to manage the premises remotely: add floors, block some places, providing thus a necessary social distance between employees. One of the main features of this solution – the fact that it will be convenient for observance of all restrictions and precautionary measures what is especially relevant in the period of high risk of infection with a coronavirus.

Management of the application happens via the chat-bot using which it is possible to check existence of empty seats, to occupy necessary or to cancel a reservation. For February 15 the bot is already available century messenger Telegram.

"The main feature of our application is that the staff of the organizations does not need to install additional programs on the mobile devices, they can make a workplace through a bot. Also at the application the clear interface – all information is visually structured, for example, there is a map of premises, but not just the list of jobs" — Alexander Vasilyev, the head of department of Atos in Russia noted.

The provided platform has no restrictions on the number of users and is already implemented in internal systems of Atos.

"We already tested the solution for armoring of jobs in several divisions. This application is ready to use for the staff of the Krasnodar, Voronezh offices Atos, also in work integration of jobs of the Moscow office. The application is available to more than 1000 people, however fully its opportunities are not used in connection with transition of staff of the company to a remote format of work yet. By the experience we can note that the application simple in use and really facilitates process of preparation of a working space" — the CEO of Atos in Russia and the CIS Edgars Puzo noted.
