2016: Certification audit of SMK in ISO 9001:2015

On June 16-17, 2016 company "1C: April Software" among the first partners of 1C successfully underwent certification audit on compliance of a quality management system to the international standard ISO 9001:2015 which was published on September 23, 2015. During audit the full compliance was set to requirements of the standard. The certificate of conformity of N RU227773Q-U of 7/5/2016 is received.

As certifying authority one of the most authoritative and large international certified organizations - Bureau Veritas Certification Holding SAS company – UK Branch (BVCH SAS UK Branch) was selected.

The certificate of ISO 9001 confirms that in the organization it is implemented and the quality management system (QMS) which guarantees permanently high quality of goods and the provided services, irrespective of the changing external or internal conditions functions.

The Quality Management System (QMS) is the system of management for the management and management of the organization created for setting of policy and the companies and their achievements for the purpose of permanent improvement of quality of products or the rendered services are more whole.

Presence at the company of the certificate demonstrates that the company uses a number of the principles of quality management, such as: understanding of needs and expectationses of concerned parties, leadership of the guide, the process approach, involvement of personnel, and also performs monitoring and the analysis of functioning of the company and its continuous improvement. According to SMK are developed and operational documentary instructions for personnel in which duties are accurately distributed are used, there are fulfilled procedures of the analysis and control of the performed works and, as a result, the professional and well trained personnel, qualitatively performs the work.
