SAP SEM-BCS

SAP SEM-BCS is a platform for implementing financial reporting transformation and consolidation processes. It is part of the SAP SEM (Strategic Enterprise Management) solution.

The formation of consolidated internal and external reporting using the SEM-BCS business consolidation solution allows the company to quickly and efficiently consolidate information across all branches of the company and the holding's enterprises. At the same time, the solution has the necessary functionality for the formation of reports according to international standards, as well as the transformation of Russian financial statements into IFRS standards. SEM-BCS also allows you to build consolidation processes within a company and/or a group of companies, supporting the necessary consolidation parameters, such as: excluding intra-group turnover, excluding interim results, currency translation, etc.

The entire consolidation process is divided into two stages:

• a) collection and preparation of transferred financial data;
• b) consolidation of financial data. For each stage, the system has its own corresponding monitor designed to support and perform all individual activities.
