Sapphire of NGO

The NPO Sapfir company is system integrator of the Ural Federal District, the developer in the field of information technologies for bodies of the state and municipal authority of the Russian Federation.

Activities

For December, 2018 key activities of NPO Sapfir are:

• Own software solutions for the state and municipal authorities;
• The educational and certifying centers licensed;
• Range of services on design, installation and implementation of the systems of anti-terrorist security of buildings and constructions.

Products and solutions

Author's development of the company is the software package the information management system finance — the ISUF PC. This software package represents the cross-platform solution with support of different DBMS and office suites (including domestic software) for automation of key processes, functions and tasks both at the level of territorial subjects of the Russian Federation, and at the level of municipal entities in the form of the integrated set of modules (subsystems), each of which solves a certain circle of problems of automation of such industries as: economy, finance, education, anti-terror, etc.

2018

For December, 2018 specialists of NPO Sapfir consist in different task forces and communities, including: "The electronic budget" at the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation, the Union of financiers of Russia, Skolkovo, IIDF, the Sverdlovsk venture fund, etc.

2010

Activities

As of May, 2010 the main activities of NPO Sapfir were:

• system integration;
• sale of a licensed software;
• training and certification of specialists;
• development and deployment of information systems of automation for bodies of the state and municipal authority.

The company implements projects on system integration in the following key directions:

1. infrastructure solutions – implementation of information systems for management of IT infrastructure;
2. increase in efficiency of IT services and divisions – setting and process automation of management of IT;
3. development of business infrastructure – business process automation on project management, on corporate work with information.

For May, 2010 NPO Sapfir has the status of the Golden Partner of Microsoft corporation - Microsoft Gold Certified Partner (competence Advanced Infrastructure Solutions, Information Worker and Unified Communications) that allows to execute a full range of tasks of implementation and support of information systems and also the status of certified
