The state corporation Rosatom issued Medicine JSC permission to commission the building "" Institute of Nuclear Medicine in. The situated near Moscow Khimki building passed the international certification of "green buildings" LEED and confirmed its environmental friendliness and energy efficiency. As of February 2021, equipment is being installed at the Institute and in April 2021 IYAM will be able to receive its first patients.

"Institute of Nuclear Medicine" Khimki will become one of the largest specialized centers in Europe, in which diagnostics and treatment of oncological diseases, international clinical research, best scientific practices will be implemented on the basis of smart technologies. The institute will also train personnel for nuclear medicine.

Nuclear medicine is an actively developing field of high-tech medicine with advanced, safe and practically non-contraindicated methods of diagnosis and therapy in various fields of scientific and practical medicine. This direction allows you to diagnose diseases at the molecular level at the earliest stages, even before the clinical presentation of symptoms. Treatment based on the latest IYAM equipment and technologies will allow residents of the metropolitan area and the whole of Russia to receive medical services, some of which were previously available only abroad.
