Tasks that the project solves:

Data collection from the resource supplying organizations, management companies, local governments Tambov oblastisituatsionny the centromdepartament of housing and communal services of the Tambov region for the subsequent entering into a subsystem on monitoring and control of elimination of accidents and incidents on objects of housing and communal services (further - the MKA housing and public utilities System) the federal automated information system "Reform of Housing and Public Utilities".

Project Description:

The system is designed to provide at the regional level data collected as part of the implementation of the order of the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation dated 04.06.2020 N 305/pr "On the approval of Methodological Recommendations on the Procedure for Monitoring and Control of the Elimination of Accidents and Incidents at Housing and Communal Facilities."

Project Results:

• You have set up data collection processes in the housing and communal services system in three areas:
  • Accident/Incident
  • Emergency mode due to accident
  • Heating season

• Information panels for monitoring housing and communal services accidents, emergency situations in connection with an accident, and the heating season are implemented;
• Integration mechanisms have been set up for the module "Monitoring and control of elimination of accidents and incidents at housing and communal services facilities."
