2016: Implementation of PM Forsyth

Project Practice Group implemented a project to organize and implement a support system for the Project Office in the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug-Ugra Development Fund.

As part of the implementation project based on PM Forsyth, a number of recommendations were made on the organization of management processes, and an information system was set up to support these processes. Specialists of Project Practice Group of Companies within the framework of pilot zone projects have developed project passports, document templates, and calendar plans. Projects and project document management were administered, and the progress of work was monitored. An analytical reporting system has been established.

This project was implemented as part of the implementation of the roadmap for the implementation of project management in the Ugra Development Fund. In addition to the creation of the ISUP, experts of the Project Practice Group of Companies developed together with the client's specialists a number of regulatory documents on project management, project portfolios, the work of the Project Committee and project offices. A model of competencies of the project activity participant was also created.

The implementation of the project allowed the management of the Fund to ensure transparency and soundness of decisions, build effective interdepartmental interaction and plan and monitor the achievement of the goals.
