2018: Implementation of PM Forsyth

Project Practice Group developed ISUP for PJSC Gazprom Neft. The platform for the new system was PM Forsyth.

The key objectives of the project were to improve the efficiency of managing the IT project portfolio and the speed of management decisions.

The project was launched in April 2014. By December 2016, a prototype of the IMIS was developed, data was loaded, tuned and tested within the pilot zone for working with specific projects. By the end of January 2017, training of ISUP support staff was completed, regulatory documentation was developed. At the same time, all the necessary analytical reporting was implemented. After a long period of experimental operation, at the end of 2018 the system was transferred to industrial operation.

The system made it possible to integrate other related corporate IT-tools of the Customer in a single IT landscape, improve information security and ensure the formation of a knowledge base for project management. As a result, the cost of projects and work on managing the portfolio of projects decreased. The quality of communications, planning and monitoring of projects has increased significantly.

Thanks to the implementation, PJSC Gazprom Neft management was able to conduct projects on flexible methodologies, improve the dynamics of business effects from project activities and optimize the timing of projects.
