2020: Implementation of PM Forsyth
The Ministry of Labor and Social Protection automated project activities using a solution on the PM Forsyth platform.
The main modifications of the basic version of PM Forsyth of the customer were determined:
- Upgrade the status report lifecycle (add new phases, account for reconciliation and report approval)
- New mailings (on overdue control points (CT), on the date of CT execution and on the need to fill in the status report)
- Upgrade your personal account (new My Projects widget, set up existing widgets)
Specialists of the Project Practice Group of Companies implemented the main requirements, conducted training on working with the system. Users were able to collect reports on the approved regulations without the need to go beyond the system in this process.
