2021: Internet Access and Telephony Connection

On February 26, 2021, TransTeleCom announced the implementation in a short time of a project to connect Internet access and telephony for the Ministry of Digital Development and Communications of the Saratov Region.

TTC provided the Ministry with a set of services that ensure the need for high-quality and reliable communication with the declared parameters and capabilities for the prompt fulfillment of the tasks assigned to the Ministry. To use telephone communications in the Ministry, TransTeleCom provided a functionally developed and profitable solution in the field of telephony construction - Virtual telephone exchange, and also provided employees with digital SIP sets.

Virtual PBX from TTC replaces the business-class office PBX for a set of classic functions: multi-channel numbers, IVR, unlimited call recording, short employee numbers, audio conferencing, statistics, various call processing scenarios, etc. Also, the Virtual PBX has a set of additional solutions and services (an open API for integration with external systems, sms-services, forwarding to cellular, etc.), which allows the Ministry to be mobile and effectively use communication services. With an intuitive interface, services can be managed remotely, which improves the quality and success of telephone conversations.

The Ministry also organized high-speed Internet access and a secure communication channel with the Government of the Saratov Region.
