Astoria has implemented Consyst.Hotel from Consyst Business Group

2021: Introduction of Consyst.Hotel

The Astoria Hotel of the Rocco Forte Hotel group has completed the project of combining automated accounting, tax and management reporting systems into a single IT loop. The system was based on the Consyst.Hotel solution created by Consyst Business Group (part of the LANIT group) on the 1C platform . LANIT announced this on March 3, 2021.

In order to reduce operational costs for maintaining information systems and ensure compliance of the solutions used with the requirements of local legislation, the management of the Astoria Hotel decided to create an automated system that would allow collecting and analyzing data according to RAS and IFRS standards.

The implementation partner was Consist of Business Group. The Russian 1C platform was chosen as the technological platform for the implementation of this task. Consist Business Group offered the hotel management a solution Consyst.Hotel, developed on the basis of the 1C: Holding Management system, which allows you to combine data on the main processes of tax, accounting and management accounting into 1C.

The implemented solution ensured the maintenance of transparent accounting of settlements with guests for the presentation of documents according to Russian standards. All information information about the guest's stay is available: check-in and check-out dates, reservation number, full name of the guest and other booking information. A solution integrated with installed 1C configurations and third-party information systems (Protel, ADACO,), 1C: Salary and Human Resources which allows you to operate data directly in 1C without accessing other systems.

During the project, Consyst Business Group specialists also developed report forms for data reconciliation and timely notification of users about situations that require the participation of customer specialists in data clarification.

The service of auxiliary checks implemented in the solution to identify errors and deviations made it possible to increase the reliability of reporting and significantly reduced the time for its preparation. As a result of the implementation of the reporting system, the time frame for the preparation of reports as a whole has been significantly reduced, said Stanislav Galyanov, Deputy Financial Director of Astoria Hotel
