2021: Implementation of Consyst.Hotel

The Astoria Hotel of the Rocco Forte Hotel group has completed a project to combine automated accounting, tax and management reporting systems into a single IT loop. The basis of the system was the Consyst.Hotel solution, created by the Consist Business Group (part of the LANIT group) on the 1C platform . This was announced by LANIT on March 3, 2021.

In order to reduce the operating costs of maintaining information systems and ensure that the solutions used meet the requirements of local legislation, Astoria Hotel management decided to create an automated system that would allow collecting and analyzing data according to RAS and IFRS standards.

The implementation partner was Consist Business Group. The Russian 1C platform was chosen as the technological platform for the implementation of the task. Consist Business Group offered the management of the hotel a Consyst.Hotel solution, developed on the basis of the 1C: Holding Management system, which allows you to combine data on the main tax, accounting and management accounting processes into 1C.

The implemented solution ensured transparent accounting of settlements with guests for issuing documents according to Russian standards. All information about the guest's stay is available: arrival and departure dates, reservation number, full name of the guest and other booking information. The solution is integrated with installed 1C configurations and third-party information systems (Protel, ADACO, 1C: Salary and personnel management), which allows you to operate data directly in 1C without accessing other systems.

During the project, Consist Business Group specialists also developed report forms for data reconciliation and timely notification of users about situations requiring the participation of customer specialists in data refinement.
