2021: Optimizing Car Loan Decision Making
Expobank introduced FIS SPR to optimize decisions on car loans. The system automatically processes customer requests, conducts scoring and makes preliminary decisions on loans. This was announced by FIS on March 23, 2021.
Due to the active development and growth of car loans in Expobank in 2020, the requirements for the productivity and flexibility of the current decision support system have significantly increased.

The multi-stage FIS JWP system introduced to optimize car loan decision making as an important component of the credit pipeline collects and analyzes data on potential customers from various information databases (both internal and external). After that, she calculates the scoring score, makes preliminary decisions and sends the underwriter for further consideration. The program performs part of the tasks without the intervention of specialists, making decisions based on the selected options for filtering requisitions.
