On March 25, 2021, Eltex introduced the operator-class Wi-Fi network controller SoftWL with the Captive Portal software module.

Initially, the SoftWLC was designed to centrally manage the settings of Wi-Fi access points. Now it is a whole software complex with great capabilities, designed for telecom operators and corporate clients. The controller allows you to not only change equipment settings, collect and store information about the state of the network, but also use the wireless network for marketing purposes, while complying with the current law on public Wi-Fi.

Portal authorization with Captive Portal will avoid fines and act within the framework of the law. All types of authorization are available: by call, SMS, through the portal "State Services" or using vouchers - the customer can choose any method convenient for his business.
