Construction of a new plant building for 3.5 billion rubles

"ELTEX" built a new building of the plant for 3.5 billion rubles. The director of the enterprise, Alexei Chernikov, spoke about this on December 23, 2025.

According to TASS, the Investment Council of the Novosibirsk Region approved a new project of the company. It is planned to build the building of the Research Institute. The project will be implemented in Novosibirsk until 2030. The volume of investments will be about 4 billion rubles.

Alexey Chernikov said that the company is ready to start construction work as soon as possible. He noted that the building of the research institute will have a height of 12 floors and will be connected to the existing buildings of the enterprise. The new facility will be the fourth building of the company in the region.

According to the presentation of Alexei Chernikov, the goal of the project is to increase the volume of production by 30%. At the same time, it is planned to develop new types of equipment and increase production to international markets more than twice. According to Chernikov, the project will also create 1.5 thousand new jobs.

The area of ​ ​ the land plot for the construction of research institutes is 1.7 hectares. Currently, a draft design of the building has been prepared.

According to Chernikov's forecasts, the average monthly salary of employees of the enterprise will exceed 290 thousand rubles by 2036. It is expected that tax revenues to the regional budget in the period from 2030 to 2036 will amount to more than 4 billion rubles.

In addition, the company presented a project of a fitness center. Its construction is planned to be carried out in 2026-2030 in the area of ​ ​ Teachers Street. The area of ​ ​ the site will be 1.5 hectares. A two-story building will be erected, designed for a simultaneous visit of 86 people. The complex will include tennis courts, futsal grounds and a swimming pool. The volume of investments in this project is estimated at 2 billion rubles.^[1]

2017: TELMI Alliance

In 2017 at Eltex:
