2021: Implementation of Svetets TMS

As part of the project for the development of the Emergency Medical Coordination and Information System (CIS SMP) of the Republic of Komi, Svetets Integro Company provided services for the implementation of the Svets TMS Service Platform software (software) manufactured by Svetets Company LLC, which the latter announced on March 29, 2021.

Svetets TMS Service Platform provides unified communications functions that are integrated with third-party information and communication systems.

The capabilities available in the Service Platform made it possible to ensure interaction between Svetets TMS software and software modules, as well as functional units of the SMP CIS - in terms of controlling incoming voice calls and providing statistical information on them. KIS SMP software developer is KI Systems LLC. The implementation of the project creates conditions for the entry of a single number "103," according to which residents of the Komi Republic will be able to centrally seek emergency medical care.

In addition, KIS SMP was integrated with the System-112 of the Komi Republic - in terms of receiving voice calls and their synchronization with incoming accident cards from the System-112. This means that when calling the number "112," residents will also have the opportunity to get medical care through a single emergency medical dispatch center.

The development of the system project of the telecommunications infrastructure of the CIS NSR was also carried out by SVETEC Integro. The system project contains the main methods and rules for centralized communication of telephone calls from applicants to a single emergency medical dispatch service in the Komi Republic.

The Svetets TMS service platform, its developed integration capabilities and potential for implementing projects to digitalize business processes, allowed our partner SVETETS Integro to quickly engage in the development of the Emergency Medical Coordination and Information System and the introduction of the 103 Call Processing Center in the Komi Republic, commented Nikita Zhurba, General Director of SVETETS Company LLC.
