Office employees will be able to undergo the verification procedure using one of the most promising biometric methods - face recognition.

Access to the building will be as follows: residents pass through automatic wickets, showing the face to the camera, the visitor receives a one-time pass with a QR code, registering through the application or reception, and applies it to the reader. An unregistered visitor is instantly detected by the system, the security receives a signal to the control panel, after which the issue of presence is personally resolved.

The video surveillance system in space is absolutely invisible, but at the same time it will allow you to take into account working hours, control the operation of cleaning services, the movement of goods and property, prevent vandalism, monitor atypical behavior and generally ensure the security of the entire business space, said Ilya Gorulev, head of innovation at A101 Group of Companies.

The system will also be used in parking: the camera fixes the license plate of the car and verifies the resident, then the barrier opens automatically. Visitors will also need a QR code.

The most important thing at the stage of construction and equipment of the facility is to create the necessary infrastructure: cameras, servers, related equipment. As of March 2021, the level of digitalization of the economy in Russia is at less than 10%, but as IT services and solutions develop, this infrastructure can be used not only to ensure security and traffic analysis. Facial biometrics, which as a segment annually shows double growth, can be used for contactless or remote banking services, analysis of the effectiveness of retail concepts, assessment of the emotional state of people for HR needs, etc., Ilya Gorulev, head of innovation at A101 Group of Companies, specified.

The Prokshino business quarter is located at the Prokshino metro station, on the first Solntsevo-Butovo-Warsaw highway - at the intersection of the main transport and pedestrian routes. It consists of five office buildings, shopping and entertainment and service infrastructure as of March 2021. 85% of the area of ​ ​ the business quarter will be occupied by class A office spaces, 15% - commercial infrastructure.
