"Speed" increased the speed of work with contracts by 4 times with the help of Lexema RPA

2021: Implementation of Lexema RPA

On April 5, 2021, Lexema announced the introduction of Lexema RPA for Bystopenga.

Problems to be solved:

• Transfer routine transactions for processing customer contracts to the robot in the accounting system
• Reduce contract errors
• Unload the accounting system from peak loads during batch processing of contracts
• The robotization project should not divert the resources of the client IT service, except for the preparation of environments (development, testing and working environment)

How the robot works:

The employee saves contract registers in XLS format in special folders. Each folder corresponds to a particular contract transaction

The robot on the Lexema platform reads contract numbers from a specific folder and performs transactions with the contract in the accounting system - jumps documents under the contract, changes the status of the contract, generates documents, etc. (a total of 8 operations)

Robot generates report on processing of contract registers

Result:

• Increase the speed of working with contracts by 4 times.
• Reduce errors by 5 times.
• Reduce routine during employee work- 2 FTE equivalent released
• On average, processing one contract card takes 30-45 seconds
• 7 transactions with the contract are automated.
