2020: Data Transfer Robot
On April 6, 2021, Lexema announced the creation by specialists of Ekoma LLC, a network of dialysis centers in Bashkortostan, a software data transfer robot based on the Lexema-RPA system.
The solved problem
In the medical process, one of the most time-consuming operations is the filling of medical documentation. Many doctors have to duplicate work by filling out documents in various systems. As a rule, a medical institution has its own medical system for the needs of the organization and a single regional system, which must necessarily include information about patients.
Ekoma LLC is obliged to enter data on patients and procedures carried out at ProMed RIAMS. ProMed does not provide an open API for configuring automated communication. Department specialists are forced to enter data into two systems at the same time.
How the robot works
The software robot, developed independently by the employees of Ekoma LLC on Lexema-RPA, itself on a schedule (or when it is launched) transfers data to ProMed imitating user input actions.
Result
According to the customer's feedback, robotizing this process allows you to reduce the time to transfer data to centralized regional systems several times.
