2021: Creating a Remote Desktop Application

On April 7, 2021, the company FIS announced the development Gazprombank applications of a field penalty for organizing remote workplaces (URM) for employees.

FIS has been a partner in technology projects for more than 5 years. FIS developed a special application for enterprise tablets (iPad) in 2020 against the background of sharply increased demand for the organization of automated remote workstations, business processes in the direction of collection. The FIS Remote Workplace System has been implemented in the IT landscape of Gazprombank within 7 months.

The remote workplace solved the following tasks of the bank - reducing the number of manual operations and remote work of field collection employees. As a result of the implementation of URM, the daily creation of a route information with customer information, completion of reports and other operations was reduced to several clicks. In the general base of the application there is a list of customers with up-to-date information, convenient filtering and quick search by phone number to the credit , and other parameters, a single dossier of the debtor, where they are accumulated for data all previous stages of collection. The universal customer card ensures uniformity when working with the interface. The application also provides convenient mechanisms for making calls, planning the route of exit and search events, viewing the location of customers on the map.

The application we have developed can automate the work of not only field specialists, but also operators of all stages of recovery. For visiting specialists, automatic zoning, an interactive map, the construction of routes, dialogue records, and automatic search for closest debtors have been implemented. It is possible to integrate data on court cases and display clients with reference to the bodies of the FSSP,
